Terms of Use

1. Scope and General Information

These Terms of Use govern the use of LootSpectrum, a web application that processes data scraped from the LootSpectrum browser extension. The service is primarily used to analyze inventory events (such as case openings, trade-ups, or in-game drops) from Steam and Counter-Strike.

2. Registration and Access

Users can access a limited version of the service without registration. To utilize the full functionality of LootSpectrum, registration is required. Available authentication methods include:

• Email and password
• Discord
• Google

Due to the nature of Counter-Strike, where skins can be bought and sold only from the age of 18, users must confirm that they are at least 18 years old to register.

3. Subscription and Payments

LootSpectrum has one supporter feature tier. Core sync and storage, unpriced event history, basic statistics, current holdings, and public catalog discovery remain free. Financial analytics, historical valuation, advanced analysis, priced exports, and higher watchlist/loadout limits are supporter features.

• The prepared test catalog offers monthly and yearly recurring choices.
• It also offers non-renewing one-time access for one calendar month or year.
• Recurring access renews at the selected cadence until cancelled.
• Listed amounts are test base prices; Stripe calculates tax and shows the final test total.
• Supporter access begins only after successful payment is confirmed by a verified webhook.

The public cancellation route is available without login and records a durable declaration receipt. The Stripe portal is an additional billing-management option, not the only cancellation path. Withdrawal, immediate-performance, refund, order-button, tax, renewal, duration, and confirmation wording remain subject to legal review before live sales.

4. Data and Content

The content displayed within LootSpectrum is based on data collected by the LootSpectrum browser extension. The application processes and organizes this data for better visualization.

• LootSpectrum does not store or display Discord messages.
• No data is directly traceable to individual users in public stats.
• Public statistics are presented in aggregated, anonymous format.
• LootSpectrum does not display screenshots.

Data accuracy depends on the information provided by Steam. While LootSpectrum strives for accuracy, it cannot guarantee complete correctness.

5. Liability and Service Availability

LootSpectrum provides its services "as is."

• Service interruptions or downtime.
• Consequences arising from incorrect or outdated data.
• Data inaccuracies arising from Steam's API.

Users acknowledge that the service depends on external providers (such as Steam and hosting services) and availability cannot be guaranteed at all times.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

German law applies only to the extent permitted by mandatory consumer protections. No exclusive consumer place-of-jurisdiction claim is made by this test-mode draft; final governing-law and jurisdiction wording requires legal review before live sales.

7. Changes to Terms of Use

LootSpectrum reserves the right to update these terms as necessary. Users will be informed of significant changes, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
